Patricia Gabriel is the FCT’s President.  She had previously served as Vice President from July 2002 and as Treasurer from July 1996 to July 2002.   She had been an Executive Council Member from January 1995.  Before working full time for the union in 2002, Pat taught at St. Teresa School and St. Sylvester School on Staten Island. 

Eileen Sweeney is the FCT’s Vice President.  Eileen had previously served as the FCT’s full-time Organizer for the last six years and had been on the Executive Council from January 1995.  Eileen taught at St. Mary School and St. Charles School on Staten Island before working full time for the union. 

John McEvilly continues to serve as Secretary/Treasurer, an office he has held for the last six years.  John had been an Executive Council Member since 1993 while he taught at St. Michael’s Academy in Manhattan. 

Julia Pignataro is the FCT’s full-time Organizer.  She had been a teacher at St. Joseph School on Staten Island and was a strong delegate for that school and a strong union supporter for many years.
