students, their parents and all people associated with Catholic
schools.

encourage and promote a climate of excellence to further the moral and
intellectual development of our students.

secure improved wages, hours, working conditions and other economic
advantages through organization, negotiation and collective bargaining
that will raise the standards of the education profession.
- To
unite into one group all teachers, librarians and counselors employed
in Catholic schools and to assist and cooperate with other education

encourage Catholic schools and the Church to honor their commitments
in the area of social justice by providing fair and just compensation
and working conditions.
- To
assist members seeking to improve their professional skills and
techniques, as well as the quality of education in their schools.
- To
promote cooperation between our members and the Catholic schools at
the local and central levels.
